April 1st, 2026 marks an important milestone in the development of MandE Services & Solutions: the business has transitioned into a BV (besloten vennootschap – private limited company). While this may appear to be a purely formal change, it reflects a natural evolution of the company, which originally started as a ZZP (eenmanszaak – sole proprietorship). The BV structure better suits the current state of the business and sets a more robust foundation for further growth, larger projects, long-term collaborations and industrial partnerships.
To assure full business continuity, especially with regard to ongoing contracts, the incorporation was carried out as a “geruisloze omzetting” (“silent transition”) with support provided by Belastingadvies Groningen (tax advisory) and DeHaan Advocaten en Notarissen (legal and notarial services).
At this stage, Jacek Tylenda remains the sole shareholder, retaining full operational control over the company. From now on, all activities are conducted under the new legal entity:
